About Grace Photography

If you’re already kind of overwhelmed with the to dos and details of wedding planning, I get it. I was where you are now 10 years ago and I tried to convince my dad to let my (then) fiance and me elope to the mountains. Looking back years later, I’m so happy that we decided to have “the big wedding” where we could share our most important and sacred decision with all our family and friends. (Plus dancing to a brass band playing was one of the best things ever.) I truly want to be an extra friend to help you feel celebrated and comfortable during this amazing but high pressure season of life.

Wedding days are so many things. They are beautiful, overwhelming, inspiring, and above all else, they truly fly by. My heartfelt and storytelling approach to wedding photography will help you not only savor and experience your day fully, but will leave you with photographs that will bring you back to your day over and over again as the years pass.

I have been married to my best friend, Ricky, for 10 years and we have two hilarious and adorable kiddos.

I was a military brat growing up but lived mostly in Northern California. I moved to Mississippi 13 years ago, but California is my second home and I go back as often as possible!

The outdoors is my happy place. I love hiking, camping, running, or just looking out the window wishing I could be outside. ;)

The only famous person I’ve ever met is Kevin Jonas (if you’re reading this, I’m so sorry to bug you while you were getting coffee in the Atlanta airport).

Jessica is 100 percent the best photographer I have ever met! My fiance (at the time) was very hesitant to take engagement pictures.
